PROGUARD® Aluminium Foil Tape Class O Fire Rated 96mm x 45m TAF3

This aluminium, self-adhesive foil tape is widely used in the construction industry for pipe lagging, duct sealing, heating and ventilation. It is fire-rated to the recognised 'Class O' certification.

Application 

Temperature; between -5°C and +40°C. Surfaces must be clean and free from dust and grease. Avoid touching the tape exposed adhesive surface in order to keep full adhesive performance. Pressure sensitive adhesive must be applied with a maximum of pressure in order to achieve maximum pressure level. The indicated level of performance will be reached after a bonding period of 24hrs at 23°C.

Backing thickness - 30 micron
Adhesive to Steel - 15N/25mm
Tensile strength - 45N/25mm
