Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will confirm that the product you have purchased is available for shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. In most cases we use UPS, Royal Mail or DPD or our own delivery transport method and the delivery charges for most items under the value of £100.00 will be £7.45
Most orders above £100.00 automatically qualify for free delivery, however for some large orders it is not possible to send via courier and will be delivered on a pallet service using different transport networks, delivery charges may be adjusted after checkout but INTERCON will contact you before processing the order. Receiving your delivery:
Palletised orders i.e. large items will be delivered kerbside only. Please make sure there is someone available to receive the delivery and inspect before signing for the goods. If nobody is available to take the delivery charges may apply for a second attempt. For full details regarding delivery or returns please see full terms and conditions.
Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please notify us as soon as possible after receiving. Please also send clear photos of the damaged items to sales@intercongb.co.uk so that we can begin an investigation.
Cancellations:
Any order which is cancelled more than 24 hours after being placed may be subject to an admin cost and a re-stocking fee. Please see our full terms and conditions for all details or contact us.
Returns:
Any item that you wish to return must be done so within 14 days and at yours (the buyers) own cost. So please take the time to purchase the goods you want. To qualify for any refund associated with said return the item must be unused, undamaged, unopened and in its original packaging along with relevant documentation.
